What times does the local shuttle operate?
The local Port Douglas shuttle runs from 6am to midnight daily, with extended service until 1am on Saturdays.
How do I book the local shuttle?
Call us on 0469 723 071 when you’re ready to be picked up. You can buy a ticket online or directly from the driver.
Where can the shuttle take me?
Anywhere in Port Douglas. We offer door-to-door service to and from your accommodation, restaurants, shops, the beach, Wildlife Habitat, local attractions and more.
How long will I have to wait?
With more buses on the road than any other provider, our pick-up times are typically within 10 minutes of your call.
What types of tickets are available?
You can choose a one-way or return ticket, or purchase a one-day or multi-day pass for unlimited travel during your stay.
Can I pre-book a shuttle for a specific time?
Shuttles operate on-demand, so just call when you're ready. No need to book ahead during operating hours.
Can I pay with card or cash?
Yes, we accept both card and cash when buying tickets from the driver. You can also purchase online.

Airport transfers

Does SR Coaches offer private charters?

Absolutely! If you need a private charter for our Airport Shuttle service, choose one of the private charter options from the Booking Type drop-down menu in our online booking tool. For non-airport shuttle services, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

What happens if my flight is delayed arriving at Cairns Airport?

No worries! We’ll wait for you until your flight arrives. In case of any changes, we’ll send a text message to your nominated mobile phone.

Where do I find the driver at Cairns Airport?

Our friendly SR Coaches driver will be waiting near baggage carousel #3 inside the domestic Arrival Terminal. Look for the Welcome sign with your name—the perfect start to your journey!

What if I miss my flight at the departing airport when intending to fly to Cairns? Do I have to reschedule?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of your new schedule. We’ll assist you promptly.
