If you are flying out from Cairns Airport, we recommend that you plan your pickup time based on the type of flight you'll be taking. This extra time accounts for travel time between Port Douglas and Cairns and any potential traffic along the way, check-in at the airport, security, and other pre-flight procedures.

For domestic flights, plan a 3-hour pre-departure pickup; for international flights, allow 4 hours.
